The FM Guru network was created by the well known figurehead in the Facilities Management industry, Martin Pickard, in 2002. As its name suggests, the aim of the network is to offer advice, support and inspiration to FM professionals both on the client and supply side.

The FM Guru network is unique as it brings together independent consultants offering clients flexible specialisation, but allowing the individual FM Guru members - all independent companies in their own right - to take on larger projects with a wider remit knowing that their network colleagues will be able to bring the necessary skills and expertise in support.
