Asset Faculty & eager-4-excellence ltd. still going strong

As a known entity and senior consultant in the FM Guru network for over 7 years now it came as no surprise that Martin Pickard (MD) keeps including eager-4-excellence ltd. as part of his freelance team designing and delivering FM specific courses, workshops, and events at all levels.

Our association with NB ENTRUST has now entered its 3rd year with the 4th cluster workshops being rolled out in Manchester, Birmingham, Reading, and London during Jan & Feb 2010 with the fifth wave of these highly interactive events already being planned for this autumn. Their success contributed to NB Entrust winning a prestigious BIFM award in Nov 2009, and the partnership between the Asset Faculty and NBE being selected as finalists in the 2009 PFM Awards, not bad he?

The "Strategic FM" themed 2- and 3-day events to senior EMEA managers at Johnson Controls International (JCI) Global Workplace Solutions (GWS) are also enetering their third year. The initial ones held in May 2007 and all courses have since been extremely well received resulting in the Asset Faculty being retained as key supplier of courses to both the Silver and Gold Academy talent development programmes at JCI.

The Asset Faculty is a talent management company focused on the property, construction and facilities sector. It provides consultancy, resourcing, training and development services to a growing number of major clients in these industries. As a major shareholder of The Asset Faculty, Martin Pickard currently operates as the Managing Director.
