Project Managment

Good project management needs a blend of analytical skills, a meticulous planning approach, and strong competence in quality monitoring and performance management. Add to this the command of various european languages and it will come as no surpirse that Eager-4-Excellence limited is often commissioned for cross border project management work.

Truck Speak TM is a Leonardo da Vinci funded project which ran from October 2004 to March 2007. This project reached its stated objectives of improving language skills and competencies within work-linked vocational training; promoting employability; mobility of employment and personal development; facilitating vocational integration and reintegration.

Eager-4-Excellence's role was to provide professional external evaluation to the project to ensure that funds are maximised and collaboration between the many European partners optimised.
