Most satisfied eager-4-excellence clients will know the organisation as a supplier of high quality and professional training and facilitation services.
As a trainer, Patrick has delivered leadership programmes to global corporates suchs as Avon, Hewitt Associates, and ADM (US Aggregates Giant) across Europe and globally as far as Africa (Ivory Coast, Egypt, South Africa).
In the UK, Patrick remains active as a trainer/workshop facilitator in his niche market (FM industry) as senior trainer for the Asset Faculty, for which he designs and delivers for BIFM award winning NB Entrust (now Capita Symonds) as well as for the Gold Academy of the Johnson Control International Talent Development program.
He further presents at various Forum Events, and often speaks at other FM events such as the BIFM Conference in Oxford 2006, Total Workplace Management in London (2004-5-6), Euro FM (Rotterdam 2003). He has also designed and delivered bespoke Account Management Training Modules for the likes of Cofathec (now known as Cofely)and Dalkia FM (now part of MITIE Group) in 2006 and 2007 and has recently facilitated strategy days for the British Institute of Cleaning Science (BICSc) and Shelter's FM & Property team (Housing Charity).
Outside of the FM industry, eager-4-excellence is also a training solutions provider to the Stagecoach Bus Company since 2005 with various projects having succesfully being designed and delivered in their South East, South, Bedfordshire and Warwickshire regions.
As a member of the Chartered Institute of Management (CMI) and the Institute of Directors (IoD), Patrick keeps abreast of latest trends and approaches. In 2007 he achieved a TAP accreditation for professional training delivery skills and followed this up in 2009 with the "Trainer of Choice" award and the "From Trainer to Learning & Development Consultant" program to achieve the overall "TAP registered L&D Practitioner" accreditation. And that CPD remained firmly on the 2009 crisis stricken agenda manifested itself with a visit to the 2-day Learning Library event in Chepstow where practical tips and new ideas were gathered from leading authorities such as Peter Honey and Tony Buzan.
What is in store for 2010? By the end of May we will be suitably accredited to offer you EBW (Emotional Behaviour at Work) and Belbin (Team Roles) assessments as complementary services to the traditional training workshop delivery, and the other great news is that TLC Squared has joined us as our technology L&D partner which enables you to look beyond classroom delivery to virtual web based training, electronic follow-through programmes, etc.
